Do I need a computer?
No. Qafla works in the browser of any phone, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. It works on a computer or tablet too.
Does Qafla send WhatsApp messages by itself?
Qafla writes every message for you, with names, dates and amounts. Your staff tap Send, WhatsApp opens with the message ready, and it goes from your own number. Customers keep talking to your agency, not to a robot.
Is it in Urdu?
The screens are in simple English. The messages to your pilgrims are written in Roman Urdu, the way agencies already talk to their customers on WhatsApp.
Can I bring in my old pilgrims and enquiries?
Yes. Upload your Excel sheet; Qafla matches the columns, checks CNICs, and can book everyone into a group in one go.
We have more than one branch. Does that work?
Yes. Add each branch, give staff their branch, and see all branches side by side in reports. You, the owner, see everything.
Does it handle Ziyarat as well as Umrah and Hajj?
Yes. Umrah, Hajj, and Ziyarat to Iran, Iraq and Syria, with costs in riyal, dinar and other currencies.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay monthly or yearly by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, cash or cheque. If you don’t, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
